What affects the price
- Number of spaces: the biggest factor for most lots.
- Restripe vs new layout: repainting existing lines is faster than laying out a new plan.
- ADA stalls and signs: blue outlines, access aisles, symbols and posted signs.
- Extra markings: arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, fire lanes, curb paint, numbers.
- Surface: fresh sealcoat or new asphalt needs a full layout; cracked or dirty pavement may need prep.
- Timing and access: night or weekend work and busy lots can add cost.

Questions
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It is a ballpark based on typical Florida pricing for lots of that size. Your real price depends on the condition of the pavement, the layout, how many markings and signs you need, and access. Every final price is confirmed after we review your lot from photos or a site visit.
How much does parking lot restriping cost?
Small lots usually fall under a minimum job charge. Larger lots are priced mostly by the number of spaces, plus ADA stalls, arrows, crosswalks, curb paint and signs. Use the calculator above to see a range for your lot.
What is the difference between restriping and a new layout?
Restriping repaints your existing lines right over the faded ones. A new layout means measuring and marking a fresh plan, for example after paving or sealcoating covered the old lines, or to fit more spaces or fix ADA counts. New layouts take longer and cost more.
How many ADA spaces does my lot need?
Under the ADA Standards it depends on your total spaces: 1 for up to 25, 2 for 26–50, 3 for 51–75, 4 for 76–100, and so on. At least 1 in 6 accessible spaces must be van-accessible. The calculator fills in the minimum for you.
How often should a parking lot be restriped?
Most lots need it every 1–3 years depending on traffic, sun and weather. Restriping right after sealcoating gives the sharpest result.
Can I get sealcoating or repairs quoted too?
Yes. Mention it in your request. Sealcoating, crack filling, patching, wheel stops and signs can be quoted together with the striping.
